We are looking for a business development lead to take charge of our B2B client acquisition team.
Location: Gbagada Lagos.
What you will do:
You shall identify opportunities and develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
Who you are:
You have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in any relevant discipline. (Business, marketing). You have not less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
How you will do it:
- Lead relationship management through strategies that leverage potential professional clients.
- Identify targets, follow leads, establish, and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Leverage the Company’s relationship with existing clients by developing and executing proactive and creative measures to fulfil the client’s needs beyond expectation.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve set targets.
- Plan, conduct and report sales development activities to match budgets and sales targets as articulated by the CEO.
- Develop and implement strategies that will maximise revenue and exceed set goals.
- Collaborate with the team on product and materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation or opportunity.
